Agreement to Terms
By using InvolutAI's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, users, and anyone accessing our platform or AI receptionist services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We'll notify active clients of any significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

What We Provide
InvolutAI provides AI-powered receptionist and lead qualification services for home service businesses and contractors. Our services include:
- AI call answering — automated responses to inbound calls on your behalf
- Missed-call text-back — automatic SMS follow-up to missed callers within 30 seconds
- Two-way SMS conversations — the AI engages leads in text conversation to qualify and book
- Custom lead qualification — scripted question flows tailored to your business
- Calendar booking integration — appointments booked directly into your calendar system
- CRM integration — lead data synced to your CRM (Full Package only)
- Review automation — automated review request sequences (Full Package)
- Performance reporting — monthly summaries of system activity (Full Package)

Your Responsibilities
To get the best results from InvolutAI, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding (services, service area, pricing ranges)
- Ensure your business phone number is properly forwarded or configured as directed during setup
- Respond to booked appointments and qualified leads in a timely manner
- Not use InvolutAI for any illegal, deceptive, or misleading business practices
- Keep your billing information current to avoid service interruptions
- Notify us promptly of any significant changes to your services, service area, or pricing

Payment & Billing
InvolutAI operates on a month-to-month subscription model. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you signed up.
- Starter Plan: $497/month, billed monthly
- Full Package: $987/month, billed monthly
- No setup fees on any plan
- No long-term contracts required
- All payments processed securely through Stripe
Failed payments will result in a 5-day grace period before service suspension. We'll email you immediately on any failed charge.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your InvolutAI subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to the service until your billing period ends
- No refunds for partial months already billed
- To cancel, email intakeaisystem@gmail.com with your account details
We're sad to see you go — but we make it easy. No runaround, no retention scripts, no nonsense.

Service Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliability, the following limitations apply:
- InvolutAI relies on third-party telephony and SMS providers. Rare outages outside our control may affect service.
- AI responses are based on scripted logic — the system performs best when provided with accurate, complete business information during setup.
- InvolutAI does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on your market, pricing, and service area.
- Calendar booking requires integration with a compatible calendar system (Google Calendar or Outlook).
If the service is ever unavailable due to our fault for more than 24 continuous hours, we will credit your account with a prorated day's service fee.

Privacy & Data
InvolutAI takes your data and your clients' data seriously.
- Lead information collected through the AI (names, phone numbers, addresses) belongs to you and is stored securely.
- We do not sell, share, or license your client data to any third parties.
- Call recordings and SMS logs are retained for 90 days for quality assurance, then permanently deleted.
- You may request a full export of your data at any time by emailing intakeaisystem@gmail.com.
- We comply with applicable US privacy regulations including TCPA guidelines for automated messaging.

Intellectual Property
The InvolutAI platform, AI scripts, automation workflows, and all associated technology remain the intellectual property of InvolutAI.
Your business information, custom qualification scripts tailored to your business, and lead data remain yours. You own your content. We own our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties
InvolutAI is provided "as is" with the understanding that results may vary. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly, every lead will convert, or every booking will result in a completed job.
Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for the month in which any service issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
