01 Agreement to Terms

By using InvolutAI's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, users, and anyone accessing our platform or AI receptionist services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 What We Provide

InvolutAI provides AI-powered receptionist and lead qualification services for home service businesses and contractors. Our services include:

• AI call answering — automated responses to inbound calls on your behalf
• Lead qualification — collecting and scoring information from callers
• Appointment booking — scheduling jobs directly into your calendar
• Automated follow-up — SMS and email sequences to unconverted leads
• Missed call text-back — automatic responses to missed calls

03 Our Service Guarantee

We are committed to keeping your AI system running. If you experience any of the following, we will resolve it at zero additional cost to you:

• System downtime — if your AI goes offline for any reason, we restore it immediately
• Misconfigured responses — if the AI says something incorrect, we fix the script
• Integration failures — if calendar syncing or follow-ups stop working, we repair it
• Voice or script issues — if tone or messaging needs adjustment, we update it free
• Any technical error on our end — fixed at no charge, no exceptions

04 Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee to fix any issue at no cost, InvolutAI cannot be held liable for:

• Missed calls or lost leads resulting from third-party telecom or internet outages outside our control
• Lost revenue or business interruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, natural disasters, or failures of third-party providers (phone carriers, cloud services, etc.)
• Decisions made by callers — we qualify leads but cannot guarantee they will book or convert
• Inaccurate information provided by callers to the AI system

In any event, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the most recent 30-day period.

05 No Guarantees of Specific Results

We are confident in our service and the results our clients typically see. However, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, booking rates, or lead conversion numbers. Results vary by business, industry, location, and call volume.

Our average client recovers the monthly cost within the first 3 days — but this is an average, not a guarantee.

06 Cancellation & Billing

• No long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
• Monthly billing — services are billed monthly in advance
• No cancellation fees — we never charge you to leave
• Refunds — if you experience significant downtime caused by us, we will credit your account accordingly

07 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information for AI configuration
• Notify us promptly of any issues so we can resolve them quickly
• Ensure your use of our service complies with applicable laws in your area
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose

08 Privacy & Data

We collect caller information on your behalf as part of our lead qualification service. This data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your caller data for any purpose other than providing you our service. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
